Refund & cancellation policy

Please understand that we have to follow these 6 simple rules. They apply to scheduled workshops, studio classes, and home kit orders.

Full refund

7 or more days before class

We can process a full refund if you request a refund 7 or more days before your scheduled class.

50% refund

2–6 days before class

We can process a 50% refund if you cancel within 2–6 days before your scheduled class.

No refund

Day of class (1 day or less)

No refunds on the day of your class, or for cancellations made 1 day or less before your scheduled class.

Reschedule

One reschedule only

You can only reschedule once. Please contact us as early as possible so we can move you to another available session.

Home kits

14-day return window

Home kits can be returned within 14 days after placing the order. Products that are not returned within the 14-day period will not be accepted for a refund afterward.

Processing

Up to 30 days

Refunds may take up to 30 days depending on variable conditions such as payment method and processor timelines.

Please note: We ask that all guests review and follow the 6 rules above before requesting a refund or reschedule.
