Workshop refund policy

These rules apply to scheduled in-person workshops and studio classes.

Full refund

7 or more days before class

We can process a full refund if you request a cancellation at least 7 days before your scheduled class.

50% refund

2–6 days before class

We can process a 50% refund if you request a cancellation within 2–6 days before your scheduled class.

No refund

Within 24 hours of class

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled class.

Reschedule

Flexible rescheduling

We are happy to offer rescheduling options, allowing you to move your booking to another available session whenever needed. Please contact us as early as possible.

Home kits

14-day return window

Home kits and DIY kits can be returned within 14 days of placing your order. Products not returned within this period will not be accepted for a refund afterward.

Booking & cancellation policy

We understand that plans may occasionally change. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and to maintain the quality of our workshops, the following policy applies to all bookings.

Full refund

At least 3 days prior

A full refund can be processed if the cancellation request is made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled workshop.

Admin fee

Late changes & cancellations

For cancellations or booking changes made with shorter notice, a $20 administration fee per participant will apply.

No refund

Within 24 hours

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled workshop.

We are happy to offer unlimited rescheduling options, allowing you to move your booking to another available session whenever needed.

Please note: Refunds may take up to 30 days depending on payment method and processing conditions. We ask that all guests review and follow the policies above.
